Using My Village
My Village is an Innovation Village Group platform for membership discovery, organisation profiles, community events and related participation. By creating an account or submitting an event registration or venue enquiry, you agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Public event registration and venue enquiries do not require an account.
Venue enquiries and bookings
Your enquiry reference confirms receipt, not a reservation or an agreed price. Space selections are preferences. The Operations team confirms capacity, permitted use, dates, facilities, quotation, deposit, payment and cancellation terms before confirming a booking. Published or historic package prices are reference information unless expressly included in the accepted quotation. My Village does not collect card or mobile-money payments in this first release.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us if you believe your account has been misused. Accounts and deeper membership access may be reviewed, approved, rejected, suspended or closed to protect the community and platform.
Organisation claims
Only request control of an organisation profile when you are authorised to represent it. IVG may request supporting evidence, decline a claim or correct information that is inaccurate, misleading or contested.
Directory and submitted content
You remain responsible for information you submit. You allow My Village to use and display that information as needed to operate the directory, membership and event experience. Do not submit confidential, unlawful or infringing content.
Events and opportunities
Listings may be provided by IVG teams or community organisers. Availability, selection and participation conditions can change. A listing is not a guarantee of admission, funding, partnership or commercial outcome.
Service changes
My Village is an evolving platform. We may improve, replace or discontinue features and update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or the contact information associated with your account.
